How to Get Through That Mid-Week Slump

Ah, Wednesdays. So close to Friday, yet so far away. When you feel yourself hitting that mid-week slump, make sure to give yourself some down time. Grab some coffee, hit the gym, take a nap, watch a little bit of Netflix, and make sure to have a good playlist to keep your energy up!

I got a bit behind in work because I was staffing a Model UN Conference for high schoolers this weekend and it was pretty intense. The conference itself was a fantastic experience and I had an amazing time with my fellow JHU students as well as the high school delegates. Even though I didn't get much sleep, I would do it all over again and hopefully will be a part of the conference next year! The only downside of the conference is that I caught a bad cold and have two midterms, two papers, and homework to get through this week. Honestly, it's not been as bad as I thought it would be and I'm on the mend. I've been resting, staying hydrated, and trying not to be too stressed.
